Commencing construction of Stage 1 in January 2017, Pinnacle offers a sustainable community – an enjoyable place for people to live, work and play. Being Ballarat’s first Environmentally Accredited Development under the Urban Development Institute of Australia’s (UDIA’s) EnviroDevelopment program, Pinnacle sets new benchmarks for the creation of sustainable and high quality communities in the region. With certification achieved under all six (6) elements (ecosystems, waste, energy, materials, water and community), Pinnacle is set to provide for a healthy and rewarding lifestyle for its residents.
