The good news keeps on coming…… we are very happy to advise you that JRT Civil has commenced civil construction of Stage 1 at Nautica Breeze, Yeppoon. Site establishment, site clearance and bulk earthworks has begun. The civil contractors have provided a program which indicates that Titles should be delivered in mid-2024.
Look out for more regular updates now that civil works have begun.
