With the completion of stage 1 at Nautica Breeze, access has now been provided to the 8478m2 proposed commercial precinct and the 6.321h Aged Care precinct. The Indicative Staging Plan(for illustrative purposes only) highlights the wonderful location of these two sites, benefiting from Tanby Rd access and traffic exposure. We are currently working with potential partners for the delivery of both these precincts.
